We partnered on the $1.2 million design of a new 4,200-square-foot life sciences facility in Zebulon, NC. It is the first phase of a planned campus for agricultural research and development. The building includes offices, lab space, and facilities support areas, all tailored to the unique needs of an agri-research organization focused on innovation in the field.
In addition to full architectural services for Phase 1 and 2, G|Ai led the strategic visioning and master planning for the 8-acre site, which is slated to include up to 20,000 GSF of future buildings. The result is a flexible, forward-thinking campus designed to support scientific work today and scalable growth tomorrow.
