As part of an ongoing effort to revitalize Zebulon’s downtown core, Germano Architecture + Interiors partnered with the owners of Pinafore Boutique to reimagine an existing storefront into a modern, welcoming retail space. The project included a full interior renovation with updated finishes throughout, tailored to reflect the brand’s personality and function.
Original brick walls and roof structures were carefully restored and left exposed, preserving the building’s historic character while creating a fresh backdrop for contemporary retail. G|Ai also provided project advocacy during construction to ensure the design was brought to life with care and precision.
