Hollybrook Community Poolhouse

As part of an ongoing collaboration with Fred Smith Company, Germano Architecture + Interiors designed a new amenity building for the Hollybrook community in Wendell, North Carolina. This ground-up project brings essential neighborhood functions together under one roof — including a fitness room, restrooms, mailboxes, and access to the community pool.
